These nappies are made from 4 layers
The first layer that sits against the baby's skin is made from suedecloth or microfleece, both wicking fabrics that draw away moisture.
The second layer is a liner of microfibre terry giving the "shell" of the nappy a small amount of absorbency to reduce leakage.
The third layer is a layer of Polyurethane laminate (PUL).This layer is waterproof but also breathable to reduce skin irritations and nappy rash.
The fourth is the outer layer and this could be a variety of fabrics such as cotton, microfleece, polar fleece, flannelette or minky.
These nappies are available with Aplix or snap closure
To increase the absorbency of your nappy, additional boosters can be purchased. All nappy purchases include a single light booster.
Single Booster Light – Light blue snaps – The single booster light has 3 layers The top is gentle suedecloth, the second and third are natural hemp which holds lots of moisture and locks it away.
Trifold Booster Light – Light Blue snaps – This is a two layer hemp booster creating 6 absorbent layers. Combined with your single light booster is 6 absorbent layers.
